DELIVERY TO US AND EU
We ship to United States and all the countries in the European Union. For the country overview have a look at the drop-down menu in the ordering process. We will keep adding more countries with time. Please subscribe to our newsletter at the bottom of this page so you know when we will begin to ship to other countries.
From the moment we receive your payment, we will do everything we can to deliver your items in a timely fashion. An estimate of the expected delivery time can be found at the product page of the Infento webshop.
Infento offers the following payment options:

- Sofort Banking / DIRECT ebanking
VAT & TAXES
Deliveries to customers within the EU and the United Kingdom are liable for VAT in the shipping country. This VAT is included in our sales price. Customs duty is not charged in the EU as our product is produced in the EU. The taxable value for VAT is defined by the value of the goods, the shipping costs and all payable taxes. Customers from Norway and Switzerland are responsible for any VAT and import duties payable in their respective countries.
Product prices listed on this website are inclusive of VAT (for Canada they are excluding GST and PST taxes because they differ for every Canadian province) but exclusive of Shipment costs. The Shipping costs are dependent on your delivery address. Shipment costs will be calculated in your shopping cart. Simply select your country from the drop-down menu in the shopping cart and the shipping cost will appear in the total price table.
All orders are shipped by road and/or air freight. Infento will select the best method of shipment for your items. All mentioned delivery/ ship times are approximate only.
DAMAGE & RETURNS
Upon receipt of the goods please check the packaging for any obvious signs of damage and report this on the delivery note. We advise when receiving damaged packaging, to not accept this from the carrier.
If received, please make pictures of the damaged parcel before you open it. Otherwise we are not able to claim an amount from the shipper for the damaged goods. Next, check the content for damage. Please email pictures of the package and the damaged goods to email@example.com.
Should upon unpacking the goods any previously undetected damage be found please contact us. All damages must be reported within 7 days together with evident pictures. This can be notified by post or email to us. We will contact you within 48 business hours after receiving your report.
At Infento we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, we will offer you a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Before returning any items please first report to firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number as reference. We can then organize an exchange or return of the products. We can only accept returns without any signs of usage and in the original packing. If the goods are in any way damaged, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate value from the refund.
We cannot be responsible for any returned items that are lost or damaged from the Post service. We strongly advise to use registered and insured delivery. We do not refund the costs of postage and packaging from the original order. Shipping costs for returning are for account of the customer. Refunds are transferred within 14 days after receiving the returned good(s).
If the product has been used (exhibits signs of usage on its parts, external packaging, product literature) we will apply a 15% restocking fee on your refund.
You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once a product is shipped, the Return Policy will apply. Infento may cancel orders for any reason. Some common situations in which orders are cancelled may include: The item is out of stock and there are no plans of restocking it, pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
