Where is my tracking number?

Once your order has been treated by our warehouses, you should receive an e-mail with your tracking number. Please check your spam as well as they can often hide there.

If you haven’t received the e-mail, you can also track your order via your MyInfento account accessible here. (use the same e-mail address as the one used for the order). Under MyOrders, details, you should have the link to check your order status.

Payment Checkout issues

Payment issues can unfortunately happen. Here are the most common issues and what to do

My payment failed: this can be due to an issue with your bank. Contact them if the issue persists. If payment failed, the order won’t be treated. Please try placing the order again. If you are still facing issues, contact us down below

Order doubled: be reassured, we will see this in our system and we will only treat it once. And, of course, we will proceed to a reimbursement for the second order

Orders without VAT: go directly to the checkout page and enter your VAT number in the dedicated field. If the number is correct, the VAT will automatically be adjusted
