Order and Shipping

Order Status & Tracking

Once your order ships, our carrier will email you a tracking number. Keep an eye on your inbox (and spam folder just in case!).

Orders are processed and shipped within a few business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

Please check your spam or junk mail folder—confirmation emails sometimes end up there. Make also sure that the payment was succesfull. If you still can’t find it, you can contact us and we’ll get it sorted!

Shipping and delivery

We currently deliver to the US, EU countries, UK, Switzerland, and Norway. Want to order from elsewhere? You might try using a freight forwarder.

Delivery time varies by location, but typically:

NL & BE: within 1 to 3 working days
US, UK & EU: within 2 to 5 working days

As soon as it’s available, you’ll receive tracking in your inbox to stay updated every step of the way.

The delivery service will follow their standard process, which may include dropping it in front of your door, at a pickup location or scheduling a redelivery. Check your tracking info for details.

We work with DHL, DPD, FedEX and other local partners depending on your country and warehouse (US or EU-based).

If you buy a consumer Kit (adventure, innovator, volt, ultimate), the shipping costs are on us and offered to you.

If you are a school or a company, when you fill in your address after you’ve put a Kit in your cart at the checkout, the costs will be calculated.

Return & refunds

You can return your Kit, within 30 days from the day you received it, if in new and unused condition.

The shipping costs associated with returning the Kit are at your own charge and the Kit must be packed in the original boxes, including the brown outer box/boxes.
If the Kit does not exhibit signs of usage, we will apply a full refund. Alternatively, we will apply a restocking fee of 15%.

Returned Kits must be in new and unused condition. If there are signs of use, a 15% restocking fee may apply.

Yes. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. The Kit must be returned in its original red and brown shipping boxes.

Once we receive your Kit and confirm it meets our return conditions, we process your refund promptly. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear in your account.

Payments

Payment options vary by region. Common choices include credit card, PayPal, Klarna, and other local providers. You’ll see available options at checkout.

You’ll get your invoice attached to your order confirmation email once your payment is successful. You can also find it under “My Orders” in your myInfento account.

If your payment failed, the order was likely not completed. Check your inbox for a confirmation email. If you didn’t get one, please try placing the order again or contact support.

Yes, in some countries. Providers like Klarna or PayPal offer installment options during checkout. This depends on your location and eligibility. Please keep in mind that we do not have any influence on the approval process.

Missing or Broken parts

This can happen unfortunately, but rarely!

It depends on where you live, but we usually ship within a few business days. Once shipped, delivery times follow normal courier schedules. We’ll provide a tracking number.
