Manuals and Assembly
Manuals
Your manuals are available in your myInfento account. Don’t see your Kit? You can add it manually from the “My Manuals” tab or access older ones via the 1.0 manuals page.
The instructions are illustrated with very limited text so you can assemble the Rides whatever language you speak
No worries! You can access all manuals online. Log in to your myInfento account to find them anytime.
We only offer digital manuals. That way we can reduce waste and update it easily for everyone.
Construction Tips
If this is your first time building a Ride, please read the Get Started Guide. You will find most answers there directly:) You should have received it by e-mail after purchase and is also accessible directly in your MyInfento account.
Absolutely! That’s the magic of Infento. Every Kit is 100% modular, which means you can tweak, upgrade, or completely reinvent your Ride any time. Want to swap small wheels for big ones? Add lights or fairings? Go for it.
If this is your first time building an Infento Ride, please start by reading the Get Started Guide. You should have received it by email and is also accessible directly in MyInfento in the My Manuals section. After that:
- Follow the manual closely and double-check the part numbers.
- Pre-sort your parts before starting to build.
- Don’t overtighten bolts — snug is enough (we’ll get to that next!).
- Build on a flat surface with enough space around you.
And most importantly: have fun and take your time!
Tighten bolts until they’re snug and secure, but don’t overdo it. Over-tightening can damage the parts or make it harder to disassemble later. Use the provided hex keys and stop when there’s firm resistance.
Yes! Just follow the digital manual step by step. The order matters, especially in more complex builds. Each manual is designed to guide you through the smartest build path.
If you’re just getting started, begin with push or wiggle rides—they’re simple, quick to build, and perfect for younger kids. The Explorer or Adventure Kit has great entry-level options.
It varies per Ride. You’ll find estimated build times on the front page of each manual. Some can take 30 minutes, others might be 4-8 hours. Take your time and enjoy the journey together!
We recommend building together with an adult, especially for younger kids. Older children (around 10+) can often build with minimal help, depending on the Ride and their experience.
Just a bit of curiosity and the willingness to try. Our Kits help develop and strengthen skills like:
- Basic engineering and mechanics
- Spatial awareness
- Patience and problem-solving
You’ll learn as you build—no advanced skills needed to get started.
Maintenance
Yes! You can order spare parts directly via our Spare Parts Shop on the website.
Yes, especially after some riding time. Just like a bike, it’s good practice to check and gently retighten bolts every now and then to keep everything safe and sturdy.
- Check for loose bolts occasionally
- Wipe parts clean after outdoor use
- Store indoors and avoid rain or wet conditions
- Recharge batteries regularly (for electric kits)
Treat it well, and your Ride will last for years!
Use the original red Infento boxes for easy storage and organization. Keep parts grouped by type or Ride, and store in a dry indoor area to protect against dust and moisture.
You can also use your kit’s parts list to know where each part should go.

ePulse motor
If this is your first time using the ePulse motor, please read the Get Started Guide. You will find most answers there directly:) You should have received it by e-mail after purchase and is also accessible directly in your MyInfento account.
Check these steps before contacting support:
- Look for any loose cables or connectors, especially on the battery, throttle, and motor.
- Ensure the battery is charged and properly connected.
- Try turning on the throttle for 3 seconds to see if the motor starts.
- If nothing happens, plug the charger into the battery, if the LED does not turn red or green, the battery may be faulty.
If the charger’s LED stays off or doesn’t switch between red and green:
- Test the charger on another battery, if available.
- If the issue persists, the charger or battery might be defective.
- Contact support and include a photo of the charger and battery connections.
A red throttle LED usually indicates a system issue:
- Make sure the battery is fully charged and the connector is not loose.
- Confirm that the throttle connection is tight and aligned properly.
- If still red, provide a video of the LED blinking pattern when contacting support.
Possible causes:
- Faulty motor cable or connector.
- Internal motor damage or a disconnected phase wire.
- Contact support and include a short video of the issue in action.
Some noise is expected, but if it’s loud or irregular:
- Inspect for debris stuck in the motor or wheel.
- Make sure all bolts and nuts are tightened properly.
- If noise continues, take a short video and share it with support.
Common issues include:
- Water or dust entering the motor (especially if used off-road or in rain).
- Loose internal components due to vibration.
- Please send a video and a description of when the issue began.
Refer to the throttle’s LED pattern guide in the Get Started Guide.
- Count the number of blinks and color of the LED.
- Include this info when contacting customer care for faster diagnosis.
