How to use the Infento platform and find the manuals for your Rides

Most frequently asked questions


There are 4 main Kits at Infento:

  • Adventure Kit: 26 small and medium Rides. Perfect to start.
  • Innovator Kit: all Adventure Rides + 13 new Rides. Introduces new parts like the toothed belt and three large 14-inch tires.
  • Volt Kit: 11 Electric Rides with the ePulse motor
  • Ultimate Kit: Includes ALL infento Rides: Adventure, Innovator, Volt and 23 new electric Rides.

Additionnally, the Kits work together and can be upgraded to add new Rides and mechanisms:

  • Adventure Kit > Innovator Kit > Ultimate Kit

We also have Kits for education. These are dedicated Kits to use in classrooms or in a teaching field in general. You can find all the details in our education section

Delivery time varies by location, but typically:
NL & BE: within 1 to 3 working days
US, UK & EU: within 2 to 5 working days

Log in to your myInfento account and you’ll find all the building manuals connected to your Kit under My Manuals tab.
If it is your first time building Rides, please start with the Get Started Guide that you should have received by email (and is also accessible in My Manuals section of MyInfento)

Yes—but only if it hasn’t shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

You can return your Kit, within 30 days from the day you received it, if in new and unused condition.

Please use this form to fill in the return form and add it to the shipment.

The shipping costs associated with returning the Kit are at your own charge and the Kit must be packed in the original boxes, including the brown outer box/boxes.
If the Kit does not exhibit signs of usage, we will apply a full refund. Alternatively, we will apply a restocking fee of 15%.
